Shipping policy

At Asiapac Books Pte Ltd our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to customers across the world, ensuring that we provide quality customer service at all times.

Please note the following:

  • Shipping fees: Orders delivered to a Singapore mailing address are entitled to free shipping. Overseas shipping fees vary by order weight and delivery location. The more books you order and the higher the order weight, the lower the shipping fee per book.
  • Processing time: Order verification and packaging. All orders are packed for dispatch within 1-2 working days after the order is placed. 
  • Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 5 and 10 business days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.
