| Warranty of Merchantability |
| 1.All our goods are of merchandisable conditions and will serve their intended functions. |

| 2.All warranty conditions are stated in the product information provided, unless the manufacturer has provided none. |

| Prices |
3a. All books are priced in Singapore Dollars (US$ 1 = S$ 1.70 approximately).
3b. All our prices are nett, exclusive of freight charges. No discounts will be given.
3c. We reserve the rights to alter the price of the books without prior notice but all such changes in your order will be subject to your re-confirmation.

| Delivery services |

| 4a. You may ship your order by Normal (sea/surface) or Urgent (air) mail. The following will explain these two modes of delivery: |
- For international order, handling fees is S$ 5.00 per order and postage is S$ 5.00 per book (surface mail). It takes about 8-12 weeks for delivery.
- For urgent order by air, handling is S$ 20.00 per order and postage is S$ 8.00 per book. The delivery takes about 6-14 working days.
- For order in Singapore, delivery is free.

4b. You will be informed once your order has been dispatched from our office, which will normally be within 5 working days.

4c. Customers who give the wrong information such as wrong address will need to pay for the postage incurred, including cost of collecting goods from Singapore Post Office and resending to correct address subsequently provided. In such an event, the delivery will be delayed.

| 4d. All orders are registered and insured (if available) when sent by post. It is generally very safe but we have received feedback that for isolated cases, it may take a few weeks longer. Please check with www.singpost.com.sg for more information on the postal service. From experience, we have found that airmail is the most efficient mode of delivery. For the unlikely event of loss/damage of the parcel, we will assist you in making claim against the Singapore Post. We may, at our absolute discretion, replace the lost/damaged items at Asiapac's cost, based on the merit of each case. |

| Payment Processing |
5a. We only accept VISA, MasterCard and Singapore (SIN) Dollar Cheque/Draft. To avoid overcharging customer, payment will only be charged to customer's credit card after we confirm the availability of the goods.

| 5b. For payment by cheque/money order, please print the order form and mail it together with payment to Asiapac. Cheque/money order must be drawn on a Singapore bank. (Processing fees for overseas bank's draft/cheque can be as high as US$20.00). |

| Cancellation of Orders |
| 6. We will not entertain any cancellation of orders once the order is confirmed and submitted by the customer. |

| Confirmation of Orders |
| 7.You will receive a tracking number once your order is confirmed. If items ordered are unavailable, a message will be sent to the customer for further action. Payment for unavailability of goods will not be charged to Customer's Credit Card. |

| Exchange & Refunds |
8. There is strictly no exchange or refund for any item bought from Asiapac.
Customers are strongly advised to check the item(s) purchased at the time of confirmation. All products leaving Asiapac store have been checked for quality and accurate quantity.
If any item is defective, kindly write to us with full details of the item's conditions upon receipt. We will reply you accordingly.
Asiapac will facilitate goods return and refund only if any item has been wrongly sent to the customer. In such an event, the shipping cost of the return will be borne by Asiapac. |
